I've been fortunate to travel around the world, from London, Paris and Vienna to the countryside of Mongolia. I've worked for some of the most brilliant people on the planet, who knew how to get thebest out of the people around them, and I've worked with others who were ... less successful. The costs of poor leadership are staggering in terms of productivity and human costs. So, now I'm on a mission to learn all I can about how to lead better, how to develop better teamwork, and find ways to communicate that to others.
