Theodore J. Vinci was raised in Pueblo, Colorado and graduated from South High School in 1978. His father was a college professor for 52 who taught mathematics and instilled a strong sense of educational research background. After graduating from high school, Ted attended Colorado State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. While in college, he was awarded several scholarships including the Boetcher Scholarship and the Grimsley White Scholarship. Mr. Vinci attended Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management executive program; he was a member of the joint center for housing studies at Harvard University and served on the dealer advisory board for Unites States Gypsum Company.
Mr. Vinci has spent his entire career in executive leadership positions with several companies where he developed many of the concepts outlined in his new book “Building a Winning Sales Strategy in the New Economy”. During his career, Mr. Vinci created several unique marketing and sales strategies which were incorporated in the framework of the book and he managed business units with annual budgets over $500 million. He succeeded in achieving double digit sales growth over a period of five consecutive years under difficult economic terms and in a very competitive environment. Mr. Vinci has innovated and pioneered many sales strategies, marketing programs, compensation packages, distribution strategies, and customer centric organic growth strategies.
