Gaye enjoyed a successful career as a teacher for 25 years in the Education and Training sectors working with parents, colleagues and students. She spent much of her time working in a secondary school as Head of a Special Education Faculty.
During that period she and those around her experienced the stress of the job. Gaye thought there must be an easier way to communicate more effectively with students, develop better rapport and manage challenging behaviours. She studied as an NLP Trainer and found the techniques to be very effective with managing emotions and elevating energy levels and also for teaching students in a more productive manner.
She has been mentored, by leading NLP trainers Tad James and Christopher Howard.
Gaye has trained with many of the best speakers in the personal development industry including people from “The Secret” such as John Demartini, Jack Canfield, Janet Attwood and Loral Langemeier.
