Background Information

When I was in the 3rd grade, my teacher told me that writing is a gift. She went on to say that there is a story in each of us, and if I'll sit quietly and just clear my mind, that I would know what to write. Since that day forward, I've not stopped writing. Even now, I remember her words spoken so sweetly to me, and am thankful that I had her as my teacher.

I now live in Danville, Kentucky and enjoy writing more than ever. My book, Kayla's Adventure, is the first book in a five book series that was published. There are other writing projects that I am working on as well, and am having so much fun!
