Merewether Hawk was raised in West Texas. He is at heart, still a country boy whose fondest memories are of exploring the rugged country side with his friends. After proudly serving his country in Vietnam, the attended Universities in both Fort Worth and Amarillo, eventually graduating with a BBA. He has two grown children who currently attend college. Mr Hawk is now retired, he lives and writes at the Veteran’s hospital in Temple, Texas.
