I am an author with works in both electronic and small print presses. I write both short stories and novels, and I've been published in several genres, including fantasy, science fiction, young adult contemporary and modern mystery.
I am also the site owner of Forward Motion, a community of writers who are pursuing professional publication (that is not self-published or fanfiction). We number close to 10,000 members with about 4,000 active to greater and lesser degrees.
I also have published Vision: A Resource for Writers since January, 2000. This is an ezine with a plethora of articles, both in current and back issues. It is also available in downloadable PDF files.
And in one more job, I am the head of Dragon Tooth Fantasy Books, and imprint of Double Dragon Publishing. DTF publishes both electronic and large print paperback editions.

Welcome to the life of a crazed and obsessive writer...
I live in a small town in Northeast Nebraska, where I write every day, entertain and feed hordes of cats, and then write some more. I occasionally pull out my digital cameras and leave the house for hours at a time, although I always take my PDA and keyboard along in case the urge to write strikes....
(Always remember the word obsessive...)

Muse
Stranded when his car breaks down, Killian overhears a cop and a gas station clerk discussing murder and the exchange of money. Although he tries to believe he misheard the conversation, by the time K.D. meets a few more of the locals, he's convinced the entire small town is inhabited by a gang of murderers.
Between the massive storms that threaten to flood the town, a would-be killer on the loose, and his growing attraction to the town's pretty mayor, Killian Dain Fox is on a rollercoaster of a ride in a place he least expected it... Nebraska.
