Born in sunny southern California as a young boy Peter grew up in suburban Los Angeles. His parents Harley and Arlene Jones moved quite often, usually from coast to coast. His school age years were split between southern California and Connecticut where he graduated from Thomaston High School in 1979. Immediately after which he entered the United State Navy and for eight and one half years served his country with honor. Having been both married and divorced during his tours of duty he was honorably discharged from service at the Groton Submarine base in New London, Connecticut. It was during the last year of his service that he met and later married his present wife Karin. Having been employed in the Information Systems and computer field since he left the Naval service Peter is now a software engineer at a Glastonbury, Connecticut based firm. Currently working on finishing the degree he never had time for while in the Naval service he attends classes at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut, Waterbury Campus. It was through his writing teacher's inspiration, Beth Richards, that he acquired the penchant for writing and that has led him to attempt his first of hopefully many works to come.
