Persley’s debut novel, Serpent of Eternity, is a dark fantasy that tells the origin story of an earthbound goddess who is a strong, but reluctant hero. She is currently taking a break from fiction writing to fulfill her role as editorial director of a culinary and lifestyle magazine she founded with her husband.
