According to statistics, my life should not be the way that it is now. Fact : As a child, I had a speech and stuttering problem. i went to speech class from the first to the fifth grade. the only reason why I didn't go any further is because it was not offered from grade 6 on up. God's Grace: I am a motivational speaker. Fact: I dropped out of college at the end of my sophomore year because I was pregnant. God's Grace: I graduated from Florida Southern college at the age of 30 with my B.S. in Sociology. Fact: I got married at the age of 19, when I was seven months pregnant. God's Grace: I have been married for 24 years. Fact; I had my first child at 19 and my second one at 22. God's Grace: My oldest daughter is in her second year of law school and my youngest is in her third year of college, majoring in mechanical engineering. Fact : I brought my own daycare center at the age of 33. God's Grace: I sold it , after being in business for 10 years.
