Born in England,I taught school in England, Finland and Switzerland, before moving permanently to New Hampshire with my Oklahoma-born wife Catharine. I have lived in, or visited, most European countries and know several languages.I use this travel background to write detective novels with very original plots and unusual, accuratel-evoked backgrounds. I have also had wide publication in poetry, including books, literary journals and in several anthologies.
