I am not anyone special except that I have a contagious laugh that make others laugh. I have three grown children and three wonderful grandchildren that I adore.  And my wonderful husband of 30 years and helped me over a lifetime with love.

I am fun loving, love to laugh though it's not the normal jokes that are funny to me, but that I can laugh at myself for so many dumb things I have done in my life. I remind others of the love and blessings God has given them (have been an encourager since around the age of 13), love to take pictures (since my friend introduced me to cloud chasing LOL), sing and taught myself how to play the piano, and am available for my family and friends.  

I am inspired by the Bible, God's creative imagination, God's wonderful humor that keeps me in stitches, my family, and life.

The reason I started writing poetry was to help myself to overcome my shyness, but I found I could help others see what God has for them. In my teens I had 35 pen pals who were serving in the Vietnam war that were from all over the country.  Only two came home.

The achievements I have are that all my children are going to church which I think is an awesome blessing. My husband says I can cook (though my 1st husband was the one who taught me how). Our family might not be real big, but we are close and I like that so much.

Words of encouragement we all need Now. Now is the time we need to stand and Proclaim Jesus more and more, for satan knows his time is S-H-O-R-T!

Joyce Meyer
One of my friends introduced me to Joyce Meyer with a newsletter she'd been receiving for awhile. The stories were a constant reminding of the faithfulness of God in all circumstances; even hers with the abuse she'd suffered through and lived to talk and teach about. We also had the opportunity to go to one of her meetings in Dallas, TX where she had spoken about "managing your emotions". Joyce is as entertaining and real in life as she is on television with her stories of her life that hit cores of her audiances. She hit the core of my friend who wanted to leave the same night after the meeting, but thank God we stayed through the next day. Joyce Meyer and her tape ministry has helped me for years. I think she is the real mccoy.
