Background Information

I have bipolar disorder and wrote my books primarily to educate people about the disorder and to help people with the illness and to motivate them to work towards overcoming the disorder. I am an advocate of working towards finding the right combination of medications that will allow the person to manage the disorder to live their life as fully as possible.
