-". .And every so once in a while, you find La Machine- that something you want to work on when shit goes bad, that something that means more to you than just the ride. Pretty soon, it is you- and without it, you aren't you anymore." -Blackriver Chronicles-

Background Information

-I love to read, and to say that I drawn mostly from any one certain source would be very misleading. Rather than go through and elaborate list- I'll merely name my personal top three: 1. Harlan Ellison 2. Shirley Jackson 3. Somerset Maugham

Poetry: (Some anthology pubs.)

Kids, Cats, & Puppydogs (Vol. 1) (Hieroglyphics Press-1986)
Tidings To a Tick (Vol. 2) (Same as Above)
Bluebells & Other Dreams (Cambridge Collection 1987)
Best New Poets of 1987 (American Poetry Association.)
Journeys- (Illiad Press- 2001)
Presidential Choice Awards Ant. (Illiad Press 2001)

Short Fiction:

1. Porcelain Rose (Romancing the Soul- Due out next year. See Dorothy Thompson's site.)
2. Sacred Domain (Morbid Musings Vol. 6- due out Mar. 2002)
3. Sweet Misfortunate (Skyline Magazine Jan. 2002)
4. Loser (SpinningS Magazine Mar. 2002)

Additional Information

-I have only recently begun to submit my fiction stories with any earnest- and the poety antyhologies listed above were only those I remember most clearly. -But I write daily, and have an abundance of work in various stages of composition. Currently have a novella which I am looking to get published, and many novels (Such as Blackriver Chronicles- which was quoted above; that alone has 5 books already written to it, none published.) -I guess that pretty much answers why I am trying Authors' Den.
