Currently, I am working on the sequel to Deadly Exchange. I have written features for print publications in the United States, Canada, and Australia, such as Iron Horse Magazine, Law Enforcement Technology, Credit Union Business, and Mini Rider.
My poetry and fiction, Unicorn Pain II, Broken Horns, have been featured in several anthologies, Teen Angst (St. Martin’s Press, April 2005), A Far Off Place (1995). Three years prior, an essay entitled, Ultimately, appeared in Expectations.
On the topic of bio-mechanics, I have authored the Muscle Balance and Function Development® CDROM (1997) and related manuals, as well as several articles for journals.
I am credited with starting the postural and functional exercise revolution now in force in North America. This stemmed from a ground-breaking postural fitness article in Shape Magazine (November 1994) that featured my work (MBF®), including a specially designed MBF® functional exercise program for women.
In 2000, I appeared on the Body by Jake Healthy Lifestyles television show as the featured functional fitness and biomechanics expert.
