I am a writer from the UK living working and writing in Okinawa Japan.

Background Information

Having started my career as a photojournalist a card on a library notice board triggered a bizarre series of events causing me to spend the next eighteen years working for the UK government fighting the forces of darkness and finding my way back to the light. Now I happily write about relationships and reminisce about my checkered past. My main influences are modern Japanese authors such as Ryu and Haruki Murakami and British authors such as Nick Hornby, Phillip Pullman.
