Imagine a big, young black male whom everyone thinks to be some famous football player when he grows up, but instead has a passion for thinking and writing. Soon as you portray that picture with your mental eye, attribute it to the name Stephen Webb and that is who you'll get. Next think of a single parent home. Think of a father who works from sunup to sundown trying to feed the many mouths he ha

Background Information

What inspires me to write are not so much people, but rather feelings that I have. I write what I feel at the time. My father influences is a major influence that I must work for what I want and nothing in life comes to me for free. My mom influences me never to give up and persevere. Langston Hughes, my favorite insprires me to write poetry with my mind, as well as my heart.

Additional Information

My recent project is a series of short stories and novels called Generations. The Generations series is about six warriors in chronological order who save another universe called the Etroverse time and time again. The warriors all represent a certain emotion. For instance, the first one represents depression. Throughout the course of this series, things are learned about the Etroverse, that I hope readers of my stories will remember. As far as poetry, lately, I've been writing more christian poems and poems about nature. Usually, the poetry I write is anything that I was feeling at that certain time or place. I already have a little compilation of twelve poems in a book that my junior high published called Blowing in the Wind. I am also currently working on this series I'm planning to turn into some type of japanese animation. It's called Lost Existence. It is historical fiction about an ex-samurai who had been banished by the shogun. Set in the days of the Azuchi-Momoyama period of japan, this ex-samurai and his war crazed cousin are forced to take up their weapons once again in retribution to the rash, unfair japanese government. I still have a long way to go with both Generations and Lost Existence.
