Background Information

I am a Jamaican Teacher and author. At present I write poetry but hope to venture into short stories ,Jamaican cook book ,and a novel. I started writing poetry in June 2002 because a friend told me to . She said I have so much motivating thoughts that I should put them down as poetry. I told her I had not the faintest idea how . She said just write. I did as she said and it was as if a flood gate opened and here I am now ,I have published two anthologies and another is in the final stages.I write for ezinearticles.com, hubpages .com and Trion.com

Additional Information

I have published two anthologies of poems 2005 and 2007. Samples of my work are published at the international Society of poets. Two of my pieces were awarded editors choice 2005 and I got poet Of Merit award 2005 in Washington Dc USA.Some of my pieces are on Poetry .com I have done Live Interviews with Television and radio programmes in Jamaica
