After almost 20 years of leadership experience in the public and private sectors, including more than a decade in banking and federal law enforcement, I decided to start my own company and help professionals become excellent leaders. During my seminars and coaching sessions, I work closely with my clients as they see their possibilities and clarify their vision, create a road map to get to where they want to go and the habits of thinking and action that can get them there, and then I watch them achieve immeasurable amounts of success and balance in their lives. In order to reach a larger audience with some of the most important leadership lessons I’ve ever learned, I decided to write Designing Your Destiny. I have used my favorite and most poignant personal stories, quotes, and research to help others achieve the same type of success my clients do, and the response has truly been amazing. People from all walks of life have called and written me to thank me for asking them the hard questions in that book and for showing them that they do have control over their destinies – for showing them that the choices they make everyday matter.

I’ve partnered with Alternatives to Domestic Violence and launched two new programs (The Art of Being Extraordinary and The Circle of Success) to provide coaching and workshop opportunities to those who would not ordinarily be able to afford them.
