My background is multi-faceted.
I was born into a family of educators and musicians. My father was a minister, and my mother an English teacher. My formative years were spent in studying classical literature, music, and the arts in general. The fields of Psychology, Counseling, and Educational Leadership have influenced my appreciation for and development of a succinct, yet entertaining, writing style which is ideal for the presentation of innovative ideas and thought-provoking propositions. I was raised with strong spiritual influences which undergird my efforts to be of service to society. The goal of my works is to entertain, educate and provide practical solutions for life's little transitions and challenges.

Many popular psychologists and media personalities talk about the facts regarding rising divorce rates, however, there are very few individuals who have provided solutions to the dilemma. I propose to change that. I believe that God has given us practical solutions that only need to be discussed and shared within our community to strengthen the foundation of our marriages.
I am interested in helping to raise the awareness of "what works" regarding preparing for marriage. I believe that the conversations that have taken place regarding marriage and relationships are most often carried by the female voice. Well, I think that it is time for "Real Men" of character to stand up and join in the conversation to become a part of the solution to the marital dilemma.
