Background

I am a retired teacher. I have three college degrees which have enabled me to lead a productive and rewarding life. I retired because of poor health and live now with serious health problems. I found that I am able to understand the problems many seniors face when they lose their independence. This has lead meto write 3 books for seniors dealing with their problmes. I write about loneliness, depression, grief, fear, death and spirituality. My friends tell me that I listen well and I hope I do. I have been where many are now and understand their feelings and problems. This ability to help others gives meaning to my life.
