I have been writing poetry and short stories since the age of 10. All my writings are about true to life people and things. I have been clean and sober since 4/1/87. I am a divorced mother of 4, three sons, one daughter. My daughter is a bone cancer survivor.
I've lost family members to cancer, etc. My writings include my feelings on these subjects, addiction, personal struggles, etc. My first book (LIFE IS BUT A DREAM) is a poetry book about lots of true to life events, etc. My second book (SMILING THROUGH THE TEARS) is about what I felt going through the period of time that my daughter was going through cancer. During that time I lost my mother to cancer and went through a divorce.
"Never Let Yourself Go Back" is my book about domestic violence. I have two more books that will be out by summer of 2012.
