Olivia's passion for communication has brought her to lecture at Harvard, Yale, MIT and the United Nations; and to frequently appear in media such as The New York Times, Bloomberg, BusinessWeek, Crain's New York or Sirius Satellite Radio. Known as the "Charisma Coach", Olivia is also the author of The Pocket Guide to Becoming a Superstar In Your Field, which was recently featured by SellingCrossing when they celebrated Olivia as a "Sales Star" in a special report.
A former legal counsel, Olivia has worked with an Am Law 50 law firm, as an in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, and as a solo practitioner. Her education includes three Master's degrees in French, German and European Business Law respectively. Olivia has both French and American nationalities; she has lived and worked in 7 countries and is fluent in 4 1/2 languages (her Mandarin stinks).
Before founding Spitfire Communications, Olivia handled international relations for a global network of 40,000 expatriates. She also lived for a year in South America, initiating and funding humanitarian projects.
Olivia is on the Board of Editors of the National Law Journal monthly publication, Marketing the Law Firm. She was formerly an Advisory Board Member of Columbia University's AIESEC Council and has now been elected by Cartier as founding Jury Member for the Cartier Women's Initiative Awards. Olivia is the youngest person ever to have been appointed Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government.
