What if someone, whom you have never met before, were to tell you that they have just written your true life's story? Would you believe them?

Background Information

Michael Trainor was born in Stamford, Connecticut, in 1961. He holds degrees in English and Education and has taught in South Florida, where he currently lives with his wife and two sons.

Michael Trainor's current book, An Equation to the Answer, turns the theory of evolution on its head, as a single story combines the ideas of reincarnation, evolution and creationism into one unified system.

Taking on a new aspect of the science fiction genre, An Equation to the Answer taps into much of the philosophy that seeks to explain the way our perceptions of the universe operate. While claiming to have written the first non-fiction narrative from a second-person point of view, Michael Trainor sends you, the reader, as the main character on a metaphysical journey that "will twist your current perception of time" and "undo your current perception of space." The basis of the story is what you happen to experience, as you are sent on this curiosity-induced journey through a time twisted history. Besides using a fantastical story to examine the deeper, more serious themes of myth, language and culture in an evolutionary scheme, An Equation to the Answer is an entertaining read for the most die-hard science fiction fan.
