Background Information

The author is a native of Jamaica and a Psychologist/Counsellor by training. She attended Excelsior High School, the University of the West Indies and the Northern Caribbean University.

She has a wealth of experience having worked in a wide cross-section of the economy namely banking, insurance, shipping, media, manufacturing, education and the legal system.

She currently lives in Japan and works as an English Teacher. She is a Seventh-Day Adventist christian and enjoys reading, meditating, singing, watching TV and writing.
