  • The emotional, mental and physical aspects that contribute to your health explained in detail.
  • Full bibliography and references, a good starting point to attain futher information about a holistic lifestyle. 

 

  • Not designed to be a 'quick fix', rather a starting point for a healthier life, all concepts are fully explained so you can customize and elaborate on this lifestyle to any degree.

 

Be aware this is not an answer to all your problems, or a zero effort weight loss program that will work in as many weeks. Effort and commitment is required, but with effort also comes reward.

Additional Information

Allowing people that are socially disadvantaged or mentally ill access to the release and great enjoyment that physical exercise can provide, was the biggest driving force behind this project. The program is designed to be simple enough for everyone to partake in, regardless of age,gender or prior fitness experience. It is cost effective and requiring no special equipment. I am a social worker, with experience in martial arts and through working with troubled youth and the mentally ill as a social worker, I have found that there is a great need for a physical exercise program that allows the controlled release of emotions. And in response I have, over the past three years, written this program. The program I offer here is a slightly different version of the original. I developed it initially only for use within social and mental care agencies. However it can also be beneficial to tje individual. In offering a version of the program to everyone here, I hope that people may benefit from it as much as I have seen through my work.
