Eva learned cooking as a 13-year old, then went on to get a science degree at the University of Manitoba. She spent more than two decades in medical research and returned to her hobby to write her books. Her knowledge of chemistry has been very helpful in explaining, creating and altering recipes.
Recently, Eva decided to delve into her past to share her formative years behind the infamous Iron Curtain.
