Aleshia Alston was born and raised in New Jersey. Aleshia always loved to write for as long as she can remember. In high school, she dreamed of owning and operating a magazine. In 2007, God made that dream a reality. Aleshia comes from a family of entrepreneurs. She says that running a business is her birthright. Aleshia loves God with all her heart and soul. She worships and praises God for giving her a kingdom building mantle. She is an active member of The New Life Church in East Orange, New Jersey under the leadership of Bishop David Barnes and Pastor Sandra Barnes. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter, Naomi. She is an aunt, sister, and friend.
In addition to Kingdom Builder Magazine, Aleshia Alston hosts a talk show on Blog Talk Radio titled, Sound The Alarm. Sound The Alarm tackles the real issues Christians face in everyday life.
