On of my favorite past time is reading. My job includes all my interests so it's always fun, this includes seeking human interest, trying to make a difference in lives of individuals I may cross paths with. I am determined to live life with purpose and if I may be an enhancement to anyone in a minute way, I feel accomplished.
I love watching sunrise and sunsets, the array or colors tickles my imagination to focus on the calm among the rush of life. I absolutely love rainbows.
My simple expressions through poetry have enabled me to accept and grow, bringing me through each process with strength.

I facilitate workshops and seminars for stress management implementing art therapy. Work in areas of cooperate stress, domestic violence, self-esteem workshops, work and family related stress and alternative to violence with young adults.
