ReGina “G Styl” Crawford
ReGina Crawford was born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia, and upon graduating from Wheeling Park High School in 1985 went on to pursuer her college aspirations. While at Wheeling Park High school, ReGina served as the school’s Vice President of Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA), and as State Parliamentarian for VICA.
ReGina began her college education at Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, and Pennsylvania before transferring to Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio from where she graduated in 1990 with a degree in Computer Science. Since graduating from college, ReGina has lived in Rochester, NY, Dallas, TX, St. Clairsville, OH, Wheeling, WV, and Pittsburgh, PA, before moving to Cleveland, OH where she currently resides.
While living in Wheeling, WV, ReGina served on the Friends of the College Board for West Virginia Northern Community College (WVNCC), the Wheeling Park High School Computer Science Task Force, Board of the Wheeling Branch of the NAACP, Board of the Wheeling Chapter of Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP). After moving to Cleveland, ReGina has served as Membership Chairperson (3 years) and 1st Vice President (3 years) of Women Entrepreneurs of America, Inc, and is currently an Honorary Board Member of the organization as she is one of the founding members of the organization.
ReGina is the owner and president of G Styl Productions Incorporated, a multifaceted company that provides services to small and medium sized businesses and non-profit organizations. She is also a contributing writer to the Call and Post newspaper in Cleveland, OH writing entertainment features. Her company, G Styl Productions, is one of the sponsors of the petition to have The O’Jays inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, and received resolutions from both the Cuyahoga County Commissioners and the Cleveland City Council.
ReGina received the award Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003, and
Creative Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008 by Women Entrepreneurs of America, Inc. ReGina appeared in the 2004 edition of Who’s Who in Black Cleveland. ReGina is also a performance poet, and writes all her own poetry. She has been writing poetry since she was ten (10) years old, and has had poems published on-line at Erotic Dreams, as well as, in several of the National Library of Poetry anthologies including The Best Poems and Poets of 2003 where her poem True Meditations of the Heart is the opening poem. She has recorded five (5) poetry CDs and my latest CD Metaphysical O is available on iTunes, and has release four (4) novels which are all available on Amazon.com.
