I have had problems with anxiety and anger. I learned of a program that helped.


Background Information

I learned of a self-help system for anxiety and anger from a health professional.  I attended Recovery International and found it help.

The meetings use The Recovery Method, a cognitive-behavioral system to improve health.  The program is highly regarded by therapists.

I wrote "Self-help for Fear and Anger" to explain the program to a modern audience.  The original books about the program are quite old.

I won many awards during my career as a computer specialist.
