My influences in writing started with JK Rowling when I took a Children's LIterature class.  My biggest influence to get published was an author I met on Authornation and she is also on The Writer's Box.  She has been my mentor.

Another influence is Stephanie Meyer, her books are tremendous.  My novel was inspired after I had read her 4 novels.

I am a published author with short stories published in Mississippi Crow Magazine, www.mississippicrow.com and poems published in Episodes of the Norm, www.episodesofthenorm.com . 

I have currently taken on the job as an illustrator and have finished illustrating my own children's book as well as another author.

My artwork will be published in Mississippi Crow Magazine in the 9th issue and also in The Shine Journal.
