Background Information

My writing came about after my daughter was born. I was out of work and besides taking care of her, was very bored with my life. Having enjoyed live-action role playing games I decided to venture into the online world of role playing. One character in particular seemed to be very popular. I wanted to expand on his background and give him some more depth. I began writing things down and after a while I decided to take it a step further and make it into a book. I have one published work now and four others in various stages of completion.

I've held a variety of jobs, from a simple cashier to a correctional officer. Currently I am managing my own online art business. I am also in the process of restoring a small catholic church built in 1903. It's been an interesting challenge. I work as a reserve police officer (no we don't get paid for it), run a 48-acre ranch and I'm working through college courses. As you can imagine things are pretty busy for me.

I think two of the writers that have influenced me the most would be Michael Connelly and John Sanford.
