I was in Finance (Accounting mostly) for a decade and never enjoyed it. I've always enjoyed reading, but that love only grew over the years, and after I attempted creative writing for the first time I was absolutely hooked!
I appreciate many types of books, but especially literary fiction. I love Updike, Steinbeck, and Kesey among others. Revolutionary Road and Sometimes A Great Notion are two of my favorite books ever.

It's A Life
April Warren is sixteen-years-old. She's just lost her beloved father in an automobile accident. She's left with a mother that drinks, an older sister she despises, and a chestful of heartache. Impoverished and exasperated, she's coming to grips with her new actuality, when it changes, irrevocably, again.
Book is being sold on both Amazon and Lulu. Don't be thrown by the different covers on the two sites: same book, different covers, different sizes.
