Although a Visual Artist and teacher I started writing poetry to help me through the grief of having lost my Soul Mate to cancer in 1999. I didn't know then how much I needed to purge myself with words!!!!!!!!!! Six poems appear in 'A Bouquet of Poetry' an anthology compiled by S.M.Zang and Jean Lewis, c.2007. The word "bouguet" is derived from the Greek meaning "a collection of".

Taught "Inner City" Art art for thirty years in Baltimore City. I think I lost my mind sometime then....

Accomplishments

Was for awhile the Queer Critic at Walt's World on Journalspace

Moderator for The Peaceful Pub until I pissed them off by publishing "You Irreverent Little Queer" and "They Got Family Values"...taught a subcatagory called "Taking Risks"....da...LOL!
