Although I've had many job titles, I treasure none more than Wife, Mother and Head Chef for my family. I truly love to cook. It may sound silly, but I actually get excited when I'm thinking of what new dish I could prepare.

Ever since I can remember, I've always loved to cook. My family loves my cooking too, well at least 99% of the time anyway (lima beans are still a problem). What added to my love for cooking was experimenting to try and find new ways to prepare the same old dishes of meats, poultry, fish, and even vegetables a different way. My recipes were tested on family and friends who proceeded to rave about the variety of textures and flavors incorporated in each dish. It was their coaxing which prompted me into writing a cookbook. Now that one of my dreams has finally come true with the publication of my first cookbook, it's time for me to get started on my second. I could not thank my mother enough for teaching me how to cook, not just to feed people, but also doing something I could be proud of. I'm sure she's looking down on me right now with a huge smile on her face!
