My writing career began in the first grade and has virtually never stopped. I began writing my life story at a time when, not expected to live, my motivation was to leave something behind letting everyone know that I was unafraid of dying. My first book's content, covers the fact that I was healed via the use of Healing Touch Therapy. Along with HTT and a strong faith, my cure revolved getting over a traumatic life filled with many illnesses, thirteen surgeries, many major abuses, and three near-death experiences. During the darkest time in my illness, a strong desire hit me that I wanted my friends to see the strength of God stronger than ever before. So many of them wanted to see me get well, and were wondering how God could not heal me. So one morning, I began praying that God would heal me - not for myself - but so that others could see how awesome God was. Almost over night, my dying ended and I began living and loving literally. Finally, my life story was complete after twenty years of writing. Major influences have come from my grandmother who was an avid reader and writer. Mom saw to it that I loved to work by making work seem fun. My favorite authors are Stephen King, Oswald Chambers and V.C. Andrews. John Lennon and George Harrison are musicians that will remain with me forever. Jewel actually has written the best autobiography in the world!

All my jobs have required my being creative, artistic and a writer. I love researching topics on the internet and meeting writers who are challenged by the written word. Accomplishments in the workplace include interesting spot-checks: currently, I own a publishing company www.entrywaypublishing.com (2005) and a marketing company www.entrywaymarketing.com (2005) and a media company www.digi-tall-media.com (2000.)

Right before founding Entry Way and Digi-Tall, I worked for a Texas newspaper creating bridal, anniversary and obituary announcements for 14 communities. Previously, I spent seven years as a graphic designer, writer and publisher of fortune 500 newsletters for a corporation with over 1000 employees. Numerous years were spent volunteering on non-profit newsletters (from CASA to humane societies,) event coordinating golf tournaments to raise money for charities; and 10 years as a legal secretary in the '80's I am a contributing editor at Suite101.com, Self-Growth.com and at Ezine. One of the most interesting things that I've done before becoming a publisher, is editing other's creations.

My serial killer novel will be complete, as well as my memoir early in 2008. At this time, the number of manuscripts that I have been involved with in one way or another is 390. Thirty-nine miracles is how I look at them.

On a personal note, my husband, Thomas and I met on the Internet highways in a writing site. We married in April of 2001 and are wonderfully happy together raising his 20 year old son, Billy. My son, Marc and his wife, Crystal live in Texas along with their son, Taylor and daughter, Kendall; my daughter, JaVonna lives in Frisco with her daughter, Ashley and her son, Justin, and Thomas has two daughters: Mary (26) has 3 children: Natalia, Christian and Izabela; and Ann (34) who has a daughter, Katie and a son, Thomas. Having been raised on a racehorse farm, another love I still enjoy is our pets; of which at this time include: my sidekick, Pablo (Chihuahau) - and Tigger (Bensji) and they enhance my life hourly.
