I love to read - everything from 18th Century estate inventories to Harry Potter books to the cereal boxes my kids left on the counter that morning. I read for fun, I read to learn, I read to procratinate.
I write stories that I want to read.
Before I starting writing fiction seriously, I wrote analysis of legal regulations and court cases. These were things I did not want to read. Or write. I suppose someday I could go back to that kind of writing to make money. But life is too short.
