Since the age of six, Tonisha taught reading, played creative games, and even stood in front a black board to direct children with behavioral disorders. She was able to reach these children with some very simple child trusting love. Tonisha's mother was a BD teacher aide at the school. When Tonisha was in the 10th grade, her 5th grade teacher asked her to work in an after-school and summer tutoring center ran from her home.
