I'm a 57-yr-old Canadian. Worked at many jobs until my early 40s... none of them long-term. I'm on a pension now due to bi-polar mood disorder (which explains why the novel took so long: write-destroy, write-destroy... ad nauseum). I am 3 times a father and I also have 2 granddaughters. I am twice-divorced but this has not made me jaded towards matrimony. When in public school, I wrote my first two novellas, which were naive to the extreme and were about wars past and future. My principal's friend, who was a published author, was kind enough to read one and told me he could see potential there more...
