I love all writing. My mother was trained as a journalist in an era when few women had entered that arena. Though she left that life early on, her journals and cogent op/ed pieces remain in my heart and mind to this day. I love the simplicity of Haiku. I was recently introduced to the work of Lady Susan Wood, who lived for many years in Kenya. Beautiful poetry and observations. Such simple, beautiful, inspiring work. On the deepest levels, I am devoted to healing through word, sound, and image, and I love exploring all of those creative pathways of communication and communion.
