Marla Woolsey
Marla Woolsey was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. As the ninth of ten children, she was constantly feeling left out so she took to reading. By the time she began school, reading had become her favorite hobby -- that and taking care of babies. In her household, there were plenty of nieces and nephews around to be looked after. Marla loved books about ghost, and far away places. She wrote short stories for fun, and told them to the kids she would baby sit.
