I used to write for myself.  If I'm not participating in a novel, I'm pretty tough to be around.  I wouldn't mind seeing my name in print, even if I bought the only copy.  I love the texture of books and how they sound when you first open them.  I would love to have one of my own works on my shelf one day.  My biggest influences are Stephen King, Jeffrey Deaver, Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston, and any other author that understands what it means to feel the pull toward writing.  more...
