Barbara n Watkins

Barbara Watkins was born in Sikeston, Missouri to Jackie Dean and Betty Lucille White. When she was three years old her parents divorced due to her father's alcoholism. Her mother raised Barbara and her brother and sister by herself. Her mother remarried a couple of years later only for Barbara and her siblings to soon find themselves fatherless again, due to their stepfather's untimely death.
