Reading has always been my escape. When I was a kid, my favorite books were the Alfred Hitchcock and the Three Investigators series. My first great writer's success was in the eighth grade when I wrote a play about the wolfman, and my English class read it aloud. One of my favorite authors these days is Terry Pratchett. Although I have had quite a few writing successes, I still haven't quit my day job. Maybe one of these days. In the meantime, I make my living teaching school.
