I cannot really say how I started writing poetry. Being a shy person, whenever I felt some emotions inside of me, I expressed my feelings on paper and it felt good! I find it difficult to write poems on demand, I just have a feeling or a strong emotion from inside and I express it on paper.
At the time I was making a choice of career, I did not really think I felt like a writer or a poet. Writing poetry was just a hobby which I did not take serious.
