An avid reader especially of beat. Early influences include Dylan Thomas, Ferlinghetti, Corso, Pynchon, Joyce, Robbins, Miller and such. I also enjoyed Proust, Hemingway,and Shakespeare. I had written quite a lot when I was a young man, and lost all my notebooks on the road. I then decided that living life was my passion and did so for years. I would try to write and the words wouldn't come . Tried song writting and the music came but still wordless. Of late it seems my stories just want to pour out of me like an over flowing pitcher.
