Deborah L Cannon
Deborah Cannon was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada. An archaeologist and scientific illustrator, her work took her from the West Coast to England, then to Toronto, and eventually to Tonga and Fiji. Her stories are based on her work as an archaeologist. Much of it is inspired by aboriginal myths and cultures. Her short fiction appears in Canadian anthologies and at fictionwise.com.
