Jack Phillips Lowe
Jack Phillips Lowe is Chicago-born and raised. Like Don Quixote, he went mad from reading too many books---so much so, he took to writing them. Lowe's short stories and poems have appeared in Barbaric Yawp , Open Wide Magazine (U.K.) and Clark Street Review , among other outlets.
