Personally I would like to thank my professor(don't know her last name) for making me realize my true talent which is poetry.One day,she told the whole class to write a poem about anything and that is where it all started.She teaches creative writing class in college.As a kid I always like to read poetry(Example,Cat in the Hat).Then as a teenager I started to read other poets work like Sylvia Palth,Maya Angelou,Langston Hughes,etc.As I grew older,I read poetry that doesn't always rhyme.I realize that not all poems have to rhyme.Poetry to me is like doing yoga.Instead of stretching my body,I more...
