In 1986 antiquarian researchers visiting the monastery of Whilom found a unique loose-leaf manuscript, an eyewitness account of a very obscure history. Entitled The Fall of Nystol , the pages were placed in an old 17th century Silurian manuscript, authored by one "Hanno Escorvus", who claimed to be a Christian minister and legend-keeper.The prose narration recounted the collapse of an otherwise unknown ancient "wizard-city" said to have existed in some Atlantean-like continent for millenia.
